  Hiagh Value and Restricted Goods. These goods are high-value, heavily regulated, require specialised documentation, or present elevated handling complexity.   e.g Branded & Luxury Goods,  Machinery & Industrial Equipment, Automobiles, Hazardous Materials etc.
