We need two sharp, creative persons who can handle everything — social media, content design, copywriting, and community management. If you live on your phone, love creating content, and want real experience inside a fast-growing freight business, this is for you.
About Eleos Shipping — We are Zimbabwe's trusted freight partner for importing goods from China. Sea freight, air freight, group buying, and product sourcing — we handle it all from our Harare office. This isn't a filing internship. You will be running real campaigns, talking to real clients, and building a portfolio you can actually show.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create and post daily content across Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and WhatsApp
- Design flyers and graphics using Canva or similar tools - Produce short-form video content and reels
- Write captions, ad copy, and WhatsApp broadcast messages
- Manage and grow the Eleos WhatsApp community group
- Respond to client inquiries within 2 hours during office hours
- Assist with running and monitoring paid Facebook/Instagram ads
- Track and report weekly engagement, reach, and conversions
- Submit all content to the Operations Manager for approval before publishing
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Currently studying or recently qualified in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent content tools
- Strong written English — you write captions that convert, not just describe
- You understand what makes content perform and why - Reliable, punctual, and self-driven — you do not need to be chased
- Available in-office in Harare CBD, Monday to Friday
- Able to start on 1 April 2025 - Zimbabwean national or legally authorised to work in Zimbabwe
